Chat
You can have a conversation with other people using this text message service.
Each chat message is sent as a separate text message. The messages received and
sent during a chat are not saved.
To start a chat, select
Menu
>
Messages
>
Chat
, or select
Options
>
Chat
when
reading a received text message.
1. Key in the other person’s phone number or recall it from the phone book, and
select
OK
.
2. Key in your nickname for the chat, and select
OK
.
3. Key in your message, and select
Options
>
Send
.
4. The reply from the other person is displayed above the message you sent. To
reply to the message, select
OK
and repeat step 3 above.
When writing a message, you can select
Options
>
Chat name
to edit your
nickname or >
Chat history
to view the previous messages.
